Bio

Hello, my name is Christina Eberhard, and I am determined to play college softball. I will be graduating from Kempner High school in Sugar Land, TX in June of 2011. I currently have a 3.8 GPA and have gotten a 1680 on my SAT; however I will be retaking my SAT in order to improve my score. For the summer 2010 season, I finished hitting with a .435 batting average and with 14 stolen bases.

For my high school, I am a four year varsity member and captain of my softball team. Being a 5A school, competition is very tough, playing state known teams such as Clements High school and Elkins High school. During the 2010 season, my team and I finished 3rd in our district and made it to the first round of playoffs. As the starting catcher, I was an honorable mention for the 5A district.

In school; my favorite subject is English. During my freshman and sophomore year, I played high school volleyball, however I chose to stop playing to focus more on my softball career. I was a member of PALS (Peer Assistance Leadership Service) my junior year and I am a member of DECA.

I have played for the Sugar Land Stealth for 3 years, and was voted captain during the 2009 season. I play catcher and I also am an outfielder. I am able to run from home to first in 2.6 seconds, and I am able to run from home to home in 10.8 seconds. My goal this season is to work hard and earn a softball scholarship.
