Bio

Hi, my name is Alyson Jane Hudec, and I attend St. Agnes Academy in Houston, Tx. May, 2012 is when I will be leaving the nest and moving on to attend college. I have been privileged to attend private schools my entire life which has been preparing me for college. Baseball has been part of my life from infancy on since my two older brothers have played from a young age through college. So I began my career playing tee ball on the baseball field. The next year at six years old I was able to play with the Sugar Land Softball Association and have played ever since.

I began playing softball at third base, until I tried out for a select team and was asked by the coach to catch this beast pitcher, and fell in love. I played league for a while (7 years), and played on the summer All Star teams also. At thirteen I started playing select, and have played with the same team ever since, they are like family to me. I play catcher and outfield for both my select team and my high school team. As a sophomore, I was nominated for the Player of the Week by the Houston Chronicle.

In my free time, I love to spend time with my friends and family. I love watching TV, especially “Degrassi” and “That 70’s Show”. I love to just sit back and relax, and text, of course. The Yankees are of course, BY FAR, the BEST major league baseball team! I love watching comedy or scary movies. I always wanted to be a teacher, artist, and doctor when I was a little kid. But now that I’m older, that’s pretty impossible. I would love to become a nurse or be a physical therapist. I haven’t put my finger on which one exactly yet.
